Are your products free from colourings?

We use no artificial colours. The colour comes from fruit, vegetables and spices — beetroot, blueberry, matcha, spirulina, turmeric and dragon fruit, for example. These are colouring foodstuffs, not added colourings.

Is it muesli or granola?

Both apply. The base is roasted in our oven, so crunchy granola is the accurate description. Karikari and Kashikoi are roasted all the way through. In the other varieties, ingredients such as chocolate, matcha and strawberry are added after roasting, so they keep their colour and flavour.

Which products are gluten-free?

The Kome pancake mixes and every variety labelled gluten-free are made with rice flour instead of spelt flour. The teriyaki sauce is made with gluten-free soy sauce. The full ingredients list is on every product page — please check it if you are sensitive.

Where does the honey come from?

From our own beekeeping. It is used in the Ichigo, Kashikoi and Karikari granolas, in Joel's Power Bites, and in the chili and garlic oils.

Do you use industrial sugar?

In the granolas we sweeten with maple syrup or with honey from our own bees. Other products — chocolate pretzels, baking mixes, cinnamon sugar — do contain sugar. It is stated in each ingredients list.

Where do you produce?

In Germany, by hand and in small batches. We produce to demand rather than to stock, which is why some varieties are occasionally unavailable.

Where do you ship to?

Within Germany. We stopped shipping to other EU countries in August 2026.

Is Purezento available in Japan?

We are currently preparing our own location in Japan and the founding of a Japanese company. The Japanese shop is open in the meantime.

Are the reviews genuine?

Only customers who ordered through our shop can leave a review. The invitation is sent automatically after delivery. Reviews linked to a confirmed order carry a verified purchase mark.

We do not reward reviews with discounts or gifts, and we do not delete negative reviews.
