Rainbow Pancake Mixes

Pancake mixes that turn out pink, purple, green or blue. The colour comes from beetroot, dragon fruit, matcha and blue spirulina – freeze-dried fruit and vegetables, not from artificial colours.

Mixed by hand in small batches. Available with spelt flour and in gluten-free versions.
