Preparation for American Pancakes

Mix 2 large eggs, 40ml whole milk (alternatively buttermilk), and 10ml sunflower oil in a bowl. Add 100g of baking mix and mix well again. Spoon the mixture into a preheated pan over medium heat and cover the pan with a lid. Be carefull to not let it in the pan for too long, because the natural colorings will fade with too much heat.
