Shipping Time:

We normaly pack your order and ship it 24h after you made your payment. National shipping typically takes 2 to 5 days. Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may extend.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated by our partnered shipping companies. The costs will be transparently displayed at the checkout page.

Tracking Orders:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that if you choose the "non-traceable" shipping option, Purezento for me UG cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking for added security
