Crunchy Granola Ichigo – strawberry and honey

“Ichigo” is Japanese for strawberry. The oat base is gently roasted in the oven until crunchy — the strawberry slices are folded in afterwards, so they stay bright and fruity.

  • Roasted, not just mixed – the base goes into the oven, which is where the crunch comes from.
  • Honey from our own bees – our beekeeper's honey, not from a barrel.
  • Whole strawberry slices – freeze-dried, colour from the fruit itself.
  • No artificial flavours, no artificial colours, no preservatives.

Good with milk, or the way we used to serve it in our café: Greek yoghurt, three spoons of granola, fresh fruit on top.
