Crunchy Granola Matcha – green tea and maple syrup

Matcha is finely ground green tea, one of Japan's most carefully made teas. The oat base is roasted in the oven first; the matcha goes in afterwards, so the green stays green.

  • Roasted, not just mixed – the base goes into the oven, which is where the crunch comes from.
  • Sweetened with maple syrup – no industrial sugar added to the mix.
  • Colour from the matcha – no artificial colours.
  • No artificial flavours, no preservatives.

With almonds, walnuts and white chocolate. Good with milk, or with Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit.
