Conni´s Rye Corn Bread Baking Mix

Anyone can bake regular bread. How about trying something different, like a fluffy cornbread? Conni´s Rye Corn Bread Baking Mix is a delightful mix of cornmeal and spelt flour creates an airy bread that even freezes well for later enjoyment. This baking mix lets you effortlessly create bakery-quality bread at home. Premium ingredients and a finely tuned recipe ensure bread enjoyment and baking fun. The preparation is incredibly simple, with clear instructions on the packaging—so you can get started right away.

  1. Add the baking mix to the bowl with 180 ml of lukewarm water and mix and knead well, then let rise for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Knead the dough again for a few minutes so that it is as airy as possible.
  3. Grease the loaf pan. Put the dough into the loaf pan (length 25cm) and let it rise covered for another 30 minutes. 
  4. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (fan oven: 180 degrees).
  5. Brush dough with a little water and sprinkle with a pinch of flour.
  6. Bake the bread in the oven for about 25 to 35 minutes.
