Hans' Pumpkin Seed Bread Baking Mix

A bread mix with plenty of pumpkin seeds. The crumb stays moist, the crust turns out crisp, and you can smell the seeds while it bakes.

You only need water — the recipe is on the pack.

How to bake it

  1. Mix with 180 ml lukewarm water and let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Shape the soft dough into a loaf with floured hands and place it on the tray.
  4. Let it rise until almost doubled.
  5. Bake at 200 °C in a preheated oven for 30–45 minutes.
